I like it: Michael Cera

I want to marry a boy like Michael Cera. Needless to say he's a spectacular actor but I'm always impressed with him when he's just being himself. I find Michael to be incredibly funny, sweet and sincere. In regards to his style, I love how it looks like he doesn't try too hard and just happens to have these cool pieces lying around like the three button jacket.

Real Quick

I've been MIA but I'm back now! I had a pretty big weekend; I graduated from college (a year early might I add)! It feels so good to be done but everyone keeps asking 'what's next?' Here's an outfit I wore during my crazy weekend. As soon as my brother sends me the pictures from graduation I'll show you what I wore and I'll also post what I wore to my graduation party. Princess Cut Diamonds Increasing Popularity

The round brilliant cut diamond may be the most popular cut of diamond for engagement solitaires, but the princess cut diamond is fast catching up. This cut of diamonds was only recently introduced on the diamond scene in the 1060s. However, since then, its popularity has continued to grow as the shape and cut appeal to more modern tastes.

Unique Cut

The cut is unique in that it is a square or rectangular with a conical pavilion base. It can be as brilliant as the round brilliant cut, but with quite a different look. The combination of square cut with the sparkle of a brilliant round is ultra appealing to a crowd that wants their bling, but in a more modern shape than the round.

Price is Right

Another appealing fact of the princess cut diamond is its price. In a sour economy with consumers searching for high value/low cost luxury goods, the princess cut can’t be beat. The cut keeps about 80% of the rough diamond, in comparison to only 50% for the round brilliant, and this keeps costs down. You’ll end up getting more crystal used in the final cut stone from the rough diamond when you choose a princess cut diamond. Getting the modern style they want at the price they want is obviously one of the main reasons this cut is increasing in popularity daily.

I like it: Robin Thicke

I started to listen to R&B singer Robin Thicke when I was 13 years old. I fell in love with his falsetto voice, romantic lyrics and in 2007 after meeting him at a store signing, his kindness. Whether at an award show with his wife, actress Paula Patton, or promoting his album on a teeny bopper music video show, he always has a sophistication that is refreshing in a genre that is sometimes dominated by baggy pants and sneakers. Robin is elegance personified, often appearing in suits he automatically sets himself apart from the crowded R&B pack. Here are a few of my favorite shots of Mr. Thicke which include a spread he did with Rihanna for GQ.

What is there to say about the graphic tee? We certainly all have them and probably know they can go terribly wrong (I've probably been guilty of that). I've had this one for a few years now, every once in awhile I like to dust off a graphic tee and give it it's shine. That's all for now, I should be writing a 13 page paper that's due in 15 hours, so I'll get back to that. Goodnight.

About a month ago I randomly texted my brother, Jerry, this:

"Don't hate on my duck boots"

to which he replied:

"I won't"

I had no idea he had these boots and it certainly didn't surprise me. I have a Polo cardigan seenhere that I later found out he also has in another color. In honor of my duck boots here's an outfit I wore the other day featuring them.

p.s. I just ordered a tripod so none of this a thousand angles of the same look stuff.

Miami: The final chapter

When I showed my friend Ash and her mom what I planned to wear for Ash's birthday they were frightened lol When I held this dress up to my body I must admit it looked like a top but once on me it magically lengthened. H&M is mystical like that.
