I went out with some friends to the thai restaurant Sea in Williamsburg the other night. Williamsburg is like a mini Manhattan at night; this cute Brooklyn neighborhood has a great young energy.

Coney

I headed over to Coney Island with my friend Brittanny and her roommate yesterday. Though the train ride from where I live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan to the southern tip of BK felt like a ride to the end of the world it was totally worth it. I did some people watching as some of the pictures will show and just had a blast at the beach.

I'm currently reading No One Would Listen by Harry Markopolos who is the whistleblower who revealed, with the aid of a few other men, Bernie Madoff's ponzi scheme. When the Madoff scandal broke I was riveted by the story, if you were too this book is worth reading. Also, I wanted to point out the "Use Your Brain" tank I'm wearing, all the proceeds went towards AIDS efforts. I just thought that was a cool thing for H&M to do; I bought this sometime last year.
