I keep a notebook with me most of the time to jot down fears, hopes, goals, ideas, etc. My last entry was what I've chosen to title this post. Just a single sentence and when I thought about extrapolating on this thought, I couldn't. I'm 24 years old, I haven't accomplished much but enough that keeps me believing I can one day achieve more. I want to be seen for my capabilities, sincerity, treatment of others, treatment of myself, and a zillion other things that haven't occurred to me yet. In the last year my self-worth and what I'm willing to put up with in others have been tested. I've entered a stage in my life I'm calling
AN AGE OF TRANSPARENCY. Tell me what you want and I'll tell you what I want and hopefully we can be friends. In Lauryn Hill's Ex-factor the line "It could all be so simple" is magic. We know that life is hard but what if it could be simple?
I'm over:
+people thinking they're too cool
+people talking shit
+asshole behavior sandwiched between apologies
I'm super into:
+laughing really hard
+working even harder
LET'S ALL BE SEEN.
